Experience the culinary arts and tradition of Cantonese cuisine, curated by Chef Cheung Chin Choi, who is well-known for designing expansive and scrumptious menus for dim sum, as well as Cantonese dishes.

Indulge the famous Fei Ya Peking Duck, the lean, crispy, juicy roasted duck and a selection of signature dishes such as deep-fried king prawns in salted egg sauce, stir-fried egg with white bait, conpoy and bean sprout and string beans simmered with scallops and preserved vegetables.
